I have been told by my brother that there is hardly any work going on in Gold Crest DHAI 2. As i am not resident in pakistan can some one give the latest news. Also does DHAI have any responsibility in this matter.

I predicted 2 years ago this project would never be completed. The drawings of the project look fantastic. But, it just seemed beyond the scope of Pakistan to complete such a mammouth undertaking. Creek Marina, a simliar project in Karachi, is also never going to be completed.

Absolutely baseless claim to praise your own statement two years ago. If you happen to visit DHAI2, World Trade centre works are being carried out and they have built a number of floors. What makes you think it would not be completed. Are they going to leave billions in investments and walk away. I doubt it.

Finally stop underestimating Pakistan by saying its beyond their scope. The world knows our scope as we have built something only 7 other countries in the world possess. Hope you know what I mean.

The billions of investment are still in their pocket - money from those who already bought. I don't know how they will do with this money, but if it is every completed it will not be in our lifetime. The grandchildren of the investors might one day be able to move in.

I suspect also that the lack of new investors and the absence of new money that new investors bring to the project will also doom it.
