Zafar bhai , present cost of your plot is max 50 lacs, present cost of best construction is max Rs 1200 per sqft, so its max cost comes to abt 125 lacs.Add your genuine profit. good luck

If the house is owned by a builder, then construction cost is max 50 lacs.So genuine total expences including cost of plot comes to 1 crore only

I have seen the house. It is one of the horrible construction. One must see and comment.
