For Sale:
a 272sq yard (35x70) plot file in sector E16. The ballot is taking place in end of March or early April according to the latest update.
My demand is Rs.925,000/- excluding development charges. I have already paid 2 installments for the dev. charges and the buyer will also have to pay the remaining installments to be included in the ballot.

2-Plot wil alloted in E-16 or E-17

Yes file is tranferrable without development charges.
It is in E16 not in E17.
Total dev. charges are 250,000/- |
