My friend own this plot and I am putting ad on his behalf. This is 40x80 plot in E12/3, plot number 737. Please email me if you have any questions.

I am in North America and so is my friend and have no idea on the development status. I would not speculate either, I would rather trust the local (Islamabad) to share the development status for this phase. May be Atique Raja or Yousuf.

the plot is in police foundation,size is 35x65 not 40x80,location is not good,very near to golra villege,the price is around 60 lacks,if you have conections and arrage size 40x80,so i am ready to purchase this plot on 60 lack rupees with in one hour cash,my contact no or ,i will arrange all transfer process no need to come islamabad.

Dear Atiq bhai, seller is clearly saying that the plot (737) is in E.12/3 and NOT in Police Foundation.
E.12/3 is close to D.12/4 and NOT Pir Golera.
Police Foundation is in E.11/4.
on pricing..., i will comment later.

Atiq Raja was confused, i think he was thinking plot is in E 11/3, any how Mr.Asim what is the problem with you, this forum is formed only to discuss real estate matters. For ur information, Punjab is not only Pakistan, Pehlwan of Lahore even dont have majority in Punjab and believe me no body is happy with judges decision but what this Lahori pehlwan is doing this is also not good for our country who have already facing lot of problems.

Dear Friends i guess you all are investors.i have met two of them. You people are just selling your plot with fake demands and offers.CURRENT E-12 RATES ARE FROM 40 TO 48 LACS.so kindly donot ask fake demands.i have plots on these rates.

we overseas are now wise enough to confirm the mkt rates through our near n dear one there. one should be very carefull with the dealers specially that of pindi/islamabad.Atiq Raja sb, if real man is correct in his statement, then i must say it is very bad at least on your part

No offence to Raja Sahib but I guess he can NOT read. We called him and he was still under the impression we put ad for E11. I mentioned twice that its in E 12/3 (E, twelve three). Anyway, I am looking for a serious buyer who could read.
