Yes if you want to sell, you will be told there is no buyer. But if you want to buy, then agents dictate their own term.
There is no explanation as to how the prices are determined in property market in Pakistan. There is no documentation, no auction, even then we get a price update (made up).
Presumably, due to involvement of Plot Mafia, the prices are upheld to exploit genuine buyers. This mafia keeps doing this till their last breath.
We discussed this at large previously. I still believe they are losers. They lost in Pakistan market and then in Dubai.
Here we miss Chacha who in very nice words described the fate of such people. |
