I think these Villas were started recently by Bahria Town on/next to Gulmehar block. There is a huge wall surrounding these Villas which can be seen in the commercial area's pictures.

Hussain Kaisarani Sahib was right.

Many Thanks the Traveler for taking these pictures which are taken very professionally and give the right view of development and idea of whats going on in Sector C Bahria Town Lahore.
Personal Thanks for remembering me. Just to make your information more proper that these new Safari Villas have been titled as GARDENIA.

Kaisrani sahib thank you for the reply and please excuse me for spelling your name wrong :). Can you tell us when these Villas are to be launched and have they had in your opinion a positive effect on the Sector C Market. And why BT has a grate big wall around them.

Dear Mr. Kaisrani, What is the price of those 5 marla villas?
Thanks.

These Villas has not been launched officially. Basically Bahria wants to sell their plots on Rs.2 lac per marla not the Villas.

I do not think that it will give much positive impact on Sector C.

Kaisrani sahib why do you think they will not have a positive impact. Will they be detached from Sector C.
