If I am seeing this right the poor people who booked these plots are suffering a loss of more than 2.7 caror. Or did DHA just give this price and gave a 50% discount to dealers who sold them for DHA like in BT Orchard, they advertised a 10 marla for 20 but are being offered by dealers for 11. |

Are the quoted prices for fully paid plots because I noticed that the instalments on these plots were to be paid until Feb 2010?? However, if the buyer would have to pay the remaining instalments then the real price is very different from what it sounds like! |
