Salaam,
Due to security problems in the country, Govt. has issued an ordinance for transferring process of cars and other vehicles from one person to another. There will be a requirement that both the seller and buyer must be present in the registration office for finalization of this process.
Moreover a policy for heavy fine and challans is announced for incomplete documents. Open letters will NOT be acceptable anymore after March 16, 2008.
This rule will be applicable from March 17, 2009.

Expat sahib I don't think possession will be granted in Gulmaher before the completion of the Villas in it. I think house construction might an obstruction for these Villas. BT is developing different and far away pieces of land like Tulip and Janipar connecting Sector C but they are not finishing off there ready developed areas such as Gulmehar and Iras and half of Tulip block, maybe thye want to hand them over after a few houses have been constructed in Gulbahar and Jasmine blocks. |
