Dear CMY, in riyadh, saudi arabia, my friend want to sale one ploy of 8 marla to me. is this good deal for the value of 200,000 as he already paid these payment to dha office islamabad.

Dear Fareed AoA, I cannot say if it is good investment or not.
But please do note one thing: Price is going down for this society since its start.
As per CMY's rate update it is selling 15,000 to 20,000 less than paid amount in the market.
If your friend is selling it for the paid amount, I am sure he is not telling you the full story.
