Dear Imran
I am planning to build house on my 35x70 plot in G-13. My plan is to to have basement on half of the plot, 5 bedrooms, 3 kitches (one as main at 1st floor and 2 small ones at ground and basement). A good quality construction plus finishing material is the requirement.
