Is it worth to hold DHA valley , 8 marla & 5 marls plots ?
Should we give remaining instalments regularly or not ?
What is the current value & current status of DHA valley now ?

It is not worth to keep these plots. As more and more installments become due, the loss will become higher and higher. It might be worth to buy when all installment has been paid, after two years. |

Dr. Sahib You asked the advice from "MAGAR MACH" where is sincere advice, how many people (%)are honest in pakistan.
You have invested for future in installment, wait for 2 years than se inshallah if not profit you will not lose your investment.
The prople are advicing to invest in DHAI Phase-2 extension which is very closed to DHAL VAlley and Bahria AWAMIVilla are also very close,
Rawalpindi Chamber of commerce industrial esate is very closed the location is far from Zero Point islamabd but not bad |

If you are looking for profit in near future then you are sadly mistaken. If you can pay all the installments and wait for 5+ years you might have go in some profit. Now I think you should able to decide depending upon your preferences/circumstances......Have a good day ! |

And here is my forecast/prediction about DHA.
"Another scheme or scociety will be started by DHA before development completes in DHA Valley."
I hope and wish I am wrong. Because that will make DHA valley owners happy and profitable.
But we shall see in 3, 4 years if alive insha Allah.
And I agree with Mr. Usman's advice that it is probably better to buy once installments are done and some development situation is clear.
