today i personaly visited the site,a huge double road is started from gt road towards site,is completed around 2km,the road is constructed by bahria town on my inqury the staff told me that it is joint venture between BT and DHA,so BT is constructing this road and they will complet this road with in 6 monthes,the total length of road is 12km and end of road is started dha valley,today you can get developed plot in d sector of commoner town,all dues clear is around 23 lack and phase 2ext around 12 lack,better not to invest in this place.

What you mean we should not invest in Commerce town or in Phase 2 ext .Please write the price of commerce town and phase 2 ext-file.
Block (B) in both phases.
Where is your office (in Lahore or R.pindi)

i am not a prperty dealer,setteled in uk,in islamabad for construction
of my house in e/11 ,very easy investment in islamabad i.e i have sold my plot in commoner town and purchased 3 files in phase11EXT also purchase of so many plots in agochs11 and costruction of double basement 4 unit corner house and having natural sawarage line.I reguest you people before invesstment please visit the site,see prices all around your investment site.

Atiq Raja sb, CDA does not allow 4 storey house on 500 sq yard plot, i know your plot is in deep depression and very near to nullah. Please let me know how you will get the completion certificate? Your mumty area is also exceeding more than 400 sq foot. How will you handle these problems with CDA/Society especially when CDA is very strict with his rules and regulations.
