I want to sell DHA Valley 5 marla file...
details of the payment is given as under...
1. Down Payment+Processing Fee = 50,000
2. 1st inst. + Membership fee = 50,000+2500* = 52500
3. 2nd inst. = 50,000
4. File opening Fee = 1500
Total paid amount = 154000
Demand Rs.160,000
The purchaser will benefit from subsidized membership fee of Rs. 2500, instead of Rs.27500 because i have this privilige due to more than one plot.

Please keep in mind before selling, that DHA Valley is another Bahria Town, ie a source of permanent earning for DHA. Almost everyone got the file, everyone is paying the dues. DHA is earning from the transfers etc. and everyone is getting notices for cancellation. A permanent mode to make DHA rich like Bahria town |
