How about the only two entry roads, one from rawal town side and one from barako side which were dame narrow last year and with the increase in population in due course of time, getting in and out will be a big problem.
More over what about CDA big notice to public for not buying property in Banni Gala as this being part of CDA area.... Big Gamble?

I appreciate your concerns.

Yes, roads from both the sides, one from Rawal Town and other from Murree Road are narrow. Sui gas is not there but it is expected in near future. Also a bridge is to be constructed on the road from Barakohu side, but when, I don't know.

As for as CDA warning is concerned I don't know how much it is effective as a lot of construction is going. Beacon House School is running with full swing. Banni Gala is a part of CDA master plan but it is not a proper sector of CDA. Thousands of big houses are already constructed there.

In view of the problems that you have mentioned the price is ranging from 3 to 6 millions per Kanal. Otherwise at such a nice location the price would have been 25 to 35 millions per Kanal.

Many big shots including ex president, ministers, MNAs, MPAs, secretaries, joint and deputy sectaries and many others like Imran Khan and Dr Qadeer Khan have constructed their houses in Banni Gala.

I am in need of money, otherwise it is plot worth keeping.

Azeem Sahib, believe me, it is not a gamble at all.
