Dear CMY
Ref to posting no. 42471:
Your recommendation for buying includes Bahria Town Rawalpindo ph-8 which is a bit surprise to me because as I know you were never in favour of BT Ph-8 and ph-9 till recent past. Can you share with us what made you shift your veiw?
Another question about Bahria Orchard: Do you think BT will be able to develop and hand over the plots within 3 years. Do they have posession of all the area, they show in the map?

Best regards

Malik Majeed sahib I was never fan of BT phase 9 from day one it was launched due to its huge size, its location, time line of development, bliiions of dollars nneded to braak hills and lay roads gas water lines tec, comparable rates in nearby phases and other places but I think I never said I don't like BT phase 8 Rawalpindi investments.

There is a lot of development work done in BT phase 8 and its a good investment for my brothers and sister living in Pindi or Islamabad area. They must visit it first personally and than make investment in it at still very low prices.

Bahria Town Orchard Lahore also need to be studied deep before making investment in it. What I want to know is
How much land Bahria Town have in its possession in BT Orchard?
What will be that land used for? I am told sector C will be adjusted there. I am also told overseas B C D E will be adjusted there. I am also told Awami Villas will be adjusted there. I am also told new commercial is launched there. I am also told new booking of new plots and house is also being made today. How much land they have to distribute and who will be getting it first?

I am also going to looking what is plots cost on installments and what is the cost on cash payment? Only after I know clear answers than I will make new investments there. I personally prefer on ground ready to construct plots in sector C Lahore even with additional development charges. ( Keep in mind additional charges are not that high when you look close you will agree BT needs cash to give you huge mosque 70 crore Rs worth community center medical collage hospital and schools and security staff expense justify additional development charges in my eyes.

Sector C developed on ground ready to build blocks are piece of art well developed good looking very peaceful area. You will be glad to live there in future. They are developed better than sector A and Sector B. People who don't mind traveling little extra are moving in Bahria Town Lahore in herds. Its very dificult to get a house on rent in Bahria Town Lahore. Bahria Town Lahore is currently populating at highest pace in Lahore than any other scheme or place in Lahore. BT Lahore sector C is still low priced and have good potential for investment and for residence purpose IF you don't mind extra 40 to 60 minute drive time.

Dear Mr. CMY and friends at Lahore real estate,
I'm thinking to buy a plot in sector C and for same reason I have written emails at your given address twice.
I have not received any reply from you.
Am’ I missing any thing here? Are their any rules to follow before getting a reply?

Thanks.

CMY, it was great to hear something positive about Bahria Lahore from your mouth.I have a plot in Sector B, but was a bit reluctant so far in going ahead with construction because of mixed opinions. Can you add few lines more telling how "development of Sector C is better that A and B" or you meant the overall infrastructure and town planning of Sector C by saying so.

Brother the Medical college is in Sector C, there are a lot more parks in Secotr C including the ones in the Comm area of Sector C. There are new Villas being constructed in Sector C which when launched will give grate value to this Sector. These Villas will attract a lot of life to Sector C. When Comm activity starts Sector C will be the Comm hub of BT and the surrounding societies.

Dear "limo" sector B is also developed very well but sector C is developed even better. Sector C have lower prices than sector B but is as good as sector B. If you already have plot in sector B than its ok but IF any one want to buy a new plot he should not pay extra money for sector B and should buy in sector C in my opinion.
