can you please tell me what is the actual price of the DHAI ph 2 ext Commercial 4 marla plot and shop? when it,s development will start? this will be a good investment or to buy 1 kanal residential plot in DHAI ph 2 ext?

This area will take a lot of time before it gets developed. Good investment for your teen age kids.
Alternate commercial investment in DHA-2 proper, now, is buying a “SECTOR” shop.
You can get one for Rs 30-35 Lacs on cash and it will serve you good, if you start your own business or put it on rent. My uneducated guess for rental potential is at least Rs. 30,000 per month, starting coming within less than two years time.
