a foreign journalist daphne barak claims that few months before benazir murder she helped asif zardari approach very influential persons from us,uk and israel.no wonder he wants foreigners to do benazir's murder investigation.she also put some pictures of asif zardari on her website.in one picture zardari is enjoying his favorite red wine with her in a party.

And Aitezaz was the one who has been defending Zardari in his corruption cases. Aitezaz has also been virtually in full command of Supreme Court of Pakistan since long. Being a relative of Iftikhar Ch ( I have heard he is brother in law of CJ), he has been driving him ever since he became CJ. He was the one who instigated him to stand in front of Musharaf assuring that help from Washington is on the way. He has been instrumental behind all those decisions that escalated rift between Musharaf and CJ. Now he is shamelessly announcing on media that he hope CJ will keep a distance from NRO. This hypocrite has been defending Zardari in most of the corruption cases that he later admitted were justified. I believe he has committed unpardonable offense by being disloyal to this nation and been defending Zardari in corruption cases that he knew were justified. How dare this unworthy character used the slogan of "free judiciary" for 2 years and literally put the country on its last legs.
Now he is preparing to raise flag on official residence of CJ thus endorsing PPP's stamp on this so called victory. Its an open secret that it was again Pak Army that was the savior of this nation and helped resolve this issue. It will not be surprising to see that in future most of the decisions from SC will comply his aspirations. I feel pitty for Imran and Kazi as their show is almost over though Nawaz will get his due in piecemeal and then if someone cares will come the turn of poor populace.

aitizaz is not a good guy. i do not know why can't people judge a person who speak lie and his objectives. His actions tell the whole story because he is part of ppp and hypocrite is right word for him. He has lost all his credibility.

christina lamb in her famous book "waiting for ALLAH" has accused aitzaz ahsan as a "womaniser". nobody knows the truth but he has not sued her for defaming him, if it is false. rest all of u are better judge......urself...................

Be he a womanizer or rather worse or any bad name you give to him, Aitzaz has definitely done something praiseworthy. He must be given some credit for his endeavor and achievement towards restoration of judiciary. At least people like Mr. Sharif Ud Din Pirzada, Mr. Qayyum, Mr. Dogar etc. would learn some lesson form this episode of our history.

I can issure you that Mr Aitezaz Hassan is not relative of CJ.

This was the time he could be in good book of Zardari if he has help from washigton.That is only clarification from me if any body heard the fals stories.It is not justified to write some thing against any national are local leader without your idendtification.
I have been mention that this forum is common for all pakistanies in spite of every body has affliation with any political party.
Please try not to disscuss obout judiciary because we are not Law expert.Try to make friends attract others to you teach them to be patient by proving.Try to unite eachothers that is requir to keep pakistan strong for get past look at future yes read past to build futtre not to build rift eachothers.We all love pakistan (but some like PPP,MQM,PML and so on we should disscuss political issues during elction and forget after election like other civilize nation.Just remember you are Limeo others are kashif and tota chasham for get which pary they belong.Just read what he is writing or saying.
I hope all of my friends will accept my appeal.

Aitzaz is a biggest lair and pco CJ iftakhar been using 2 bullet proof luxury cars (cj allowd only one 1800 cc )and been black mailing to senior officers of govt .

This was the agreement BB made with the US = in order for the US to pressure authorities to drop all corruption charges against benazir and her husband, benazir had to meet and kneel to Izrael. She did. Thus, she was allowed to return without any fear of prosecution for the crimes she and her husband committed against the Pakistani treasury.

If you need to know the example of unnessary critisms then above views about Aitzaz is a typical case. In our culture we feel good when we talk bad about others.we have not even spare our prophets.

Trust me you cannot win these debates or change people ideology with your misleading or biased thoughts.
CJ case is over now. As Aitezaz said today, this ceremony will be last one and his contact to CJ is done. I am not sure about his personal matters and to be honest I don’t care.
All we care that he did a remarkable job to bring back CJ. Basically bring it back Judiciary as an institution. BBC said that “after this incident, no one can hold people’s wishes”.

As of today I can say with honor and pride that Pakistan has three stable institutions:
i) Judiciary
ii) Army
iii) Media (we have to make sure that this institution will not go out of control).

Strong Judiciary and media can be a new era of Pakistan progress or going into 21 century.
For sure I cannot change your negative thoughts or ideology but I can or will pray for you.

Zardari went to UN for the BB murder investigation just becuase he knew that he will be blamed for the murder case as was done in Murtaza Bhutto case.
Azrdari brought Ch. Nisar as a chairman of Public Accounts becuase he knew that he will be blamed for corruption in the future.Now it os MSL-N duty to find any corrruption if there is any in PPP governament.Propaganda against BB husband (Not Zardari) will always be there.Zia bakiats do exist in all instituions including estamblishment.

Zardari played a VERY important role when BB was prime minister. She never had to take responsiblity for any form of corruption and/or murder because it all fell on her husband. But, is she was not involved in any of that, why did she not demand he return the money and be prosecuted for murder? I know if my wife suddenly found an extra $1 billion in our saving account, she would ask a million questions. If my wife's brother was killed and fingers were pointing to me, she would ask another million questions.

Maybe BB is not the saint she has been portrayed to be.
