any one tell me the status of dha valley. is any one want to sell it and is its transfer starts and on wt conditions. is investment in this scheme is bensficial for the purpose of residence in near future.

Dr. Safi, DHA Valley is not a good option for residence in near future, it is a long term investment. I cannot really say how long term is this but 5 to 8 years might be good guess. You can see that in your post above dha valley is in blue color that means you can click it and you will see all posts related to DHA Valley. |

Dr. Safi, the new development is a "6 line Express way is under construction connecting GT Road to Awami Villa Bahria Town and DHAI Phase-II Extension and DHA Valley, it is a good sign for DHAI Valley/Overseas blcok investor.
Location is not bad.
Possible to build house next 4-5 years. |
