(Moderator, why you deleted my posts, please let investors know the truth behind the jiant name and their cheapness)

Emaar is dishonest and defaulting on their commitment to pay commission to their authorized dealers who booked in their previous projects. Since long they are using differnt delaying tactics. They were supposed to pay commission within few weeks of booking. Despite doing all the paperwork they have yet to pay commissions which are now due more than a year. All the dealers and their investors are very upset about this.

This shows two things:

i) Do not trust on any of Emaar's commitments.

ii) There is some possibility that they might go bankrupt if they are serious short of finances that they don't even have money to pay 1 or 2% commissions per their written commitment.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST INVESTING IN EMAAR UNTIL THEY FULFIL THEIR PREVIOUS COMMITMENTS.

Dear Mr. Dealer
The Emaar building in DHA ISB Phase 2 is showing progress and people are booking the shops / flats in the building.

I think they are making progress. But I am not sure about their delayed payment to their agents.

Please clarify the picture if you can in detail

Mr. Islamabad Dealer, Instead of crying about your 1-2% commision, have you thought about buyers you have trapped in the greed of this comission? Those buyers are in deep-shit and on the hook for years to come not knowing when/if he/she would received her house.

Who would pay for their losses that you trapped by showing them rosy pictures JUST for your 1-2% commision?

Stop crying with your open lound mouth. From your statement above it is very clear that you are more worried about your commision than investors.

to Shame on you, I say shame on you !!!

This man worked his job honestly selling a product. There is NOTHING wrong with that. Now he wants to get paid for his work. NOTHING wrong with that. He has ever right to be angry. He has every right at this point to worry more about his commission than the investors. The investors will never worry about the salesman's commission. NEVER

Dear "Shame On You"

The shame is all yours for such a stupid response to a well intentioned post. I have done my job well. Do you feel ashamed of getting your pay after you do your work? Do you feel ashamed of being a whistle blower if you spot something wrong?

I am proud that based on the information I had at the time of booking, I served my client well by telling them the good and bad of the investment, and did not force them towards investment.

And it is part of my job to WARN if and when I see there is an issue. I am more concerned about my clients’ investment than you are. I am warning any future investments.

The main issue is not commission. The main issue is if they don’t have money or will to pay commissions and honour their commitments then there may be larger issues brewing. And investors should be aware of this.
