Dear Farhan, 50x90 plots are in streets 47,48, 49,589.MAXIMUM rate of these street is 105 lacs.minimum starts from 90 lacs. please review your demand , it is not realistic.

I intend to buy 40x80 in G13/3 near Plot No. 20, Street 163. The dealer asking 85 lac. Is it good price to confirm the dael or should I ask him to review.
