I have heard from certain reputed real estate dealers of lahore defence that prices has appreciated by 5-6 lacs in dha lahore phase 7 and 6-8 lacs in dha lahore phase 6 in the last few days.
Is this true? And if so is this increase a temporary one due to initial euphoria of Mr.Iftikhar chaudhry's re-instatement? I would appreciate the experts opinion on whether this increase will appreciate further and should one buy or sell at these prices?
