Dear Brothers!
I am an overseas Pakistani and I want to buy a new house from a constructor. He has a house of about 6 marla. (Plot is about 17 Laks.) 2 bedrooms attached baths and fixed cupboards in all rooms, drawing room,kitchen on the first floor and one bedroom attched bath and a drawing room on second floor. The final price that he demands is 38 laks. What do you think of that? If I construct myseld, how much per marla does it cost? I need help; please help me to understand.

you did not mention the location and covered area of said house.
Well, Price depend upon the quality of construction.
If you like to contruct yourself than time factor is also important.
So, find out about the quality of work.
Cost per sqf, is approx Rs. depend upon material selection.
Try to find a local contractor in the same area where this house is located to get more info.

If plot is about 17 laks then demand (38 laks ) is reasonable ) My Frirend area is not mention (Whic area house is situated ?.
