Heavy buying in market after very positive speech by President Zardari. DHA 8 gained 3 lacs today. DHA 9-10 gained 1.5 lacs today. People are very happy that Punjab Govt will be back soon. Plots in DHA 7 have gained 3 lacs today. DHA 6 prices have shot up 6 to 10 lacs. DHA 5 is also up today about 5 to 10 lacs.Buyers every where in market and still very hard to get plots and files. Congratulations to all brothers who listened to us and bought files and plots before the Mar 15 announcement and just after that announcement. I also want to thank all friends who trusted our judgment and held the sales. All available plots in market are picked up on baina's by dealers investors and Genuine buyers.
