Waqar Latif replied on Monday, March 30, 2009 06:12 AM

Another Slap on Punjab Police, also if still our defence minister think he can provide security to normal people, then he is a big fool. Now lets see how many militant get killed this time, and how many get manage to run away.. But the question remains un answer, how exactly militant managed to enter police training centre and also manage to lobb garnates..

@Lahore Property

Most of the Pakistan's markets are dependent upon the news, if some good news comes then the market goes up, if some bad news comes then the market goes down. So far this incident concerns with lahore property, yes this news can effect alot lahore property, with the messages sent above like, "Lahori person is not secure, the terrorist can attack when ever they like where ever they planned." Even this can gives a positive feedback to the other normal criminals, thief, robbers that the police is not capable of handling, so the weak locations, will be come more vulnerable.

Salman Taseer and Defence Minister are shame on the face of Pakistani nation, if they have any morality left they should resign, the government of punjab seems to be a joke.

"Allah hamen in begharat hukmaraoon se nijaaat atta kare."

STABLE RATE UPDATE replied on Monday, March 30, 2009 07:15 AM

With such an unfortunate incident one feels sorry for the departed and for ones' own security, there are second thoughts on the security status of Lahore.
However, coming back to the prices, a slight fall (less than a lac in general) in prices have been managed in this situation. Where as if the news is such as to help the prices rise, the rise would not be less than 4-5 lacs in general.
This is what land mafia is doing. But one knows that it can not be artificially sustained for long and such bubbles will keep on bursting towards stabilization.Land Mafia has perhaps not been able to compromise to the fall in prices from 2005 level. Rest assure,Land Mafia, prices will never rise even near to that level, come what may.

Dear Waqar,
You are right there is no protection for a civilian life in Pakistan.

Rehman Malik is facilitating such attacks by providing inside information.

Why don't we understand that we have an anti-state govt.

How come survivors of lal Masjid be so organized to kidnap, Chinese, UN staff, attack on FC and police and knew exactly the route of Srilankan team!

Why are we distancing our self from our true allies like China, Turkey etc. and forging new alliance with India? And trying to please them by taking the blames which they never asked by Indians!

It is clear that Pakistan is at war and conspiracy started through media to dismantle previous govt. via the movement of lawyers funded by RAW lead by Aitizaz Ahsan, who was ousted from party by BB for playing double agent.

When ever we have political govt. they induct hundreds of Indian agents and implant them in govt. offices under the camouflage of dispensing jobs to political activists.

Opposition is only interested in Punjab govt.

Big question: If NRO is acceptable to corrupt politicians than why the rulings of courts not acceptable?
If NRO is considered as a valid constitution than why 58 (2) b is not considered as constitution and people are not arrested to bad mouth one part of constitution?

Now we have a bench of Supreme Court judges selected by the plaintiff him self!
Can a common Pakistani who steel few hundred thousand will be allowed to choose judges?
Our supreme court has become a laughing stock and nothing more than a political office.

In future, I see repetition of 1971, when Bhutto and Mujib divided Pakistan among themselves and Indians jumped in.
Now, NWFP will be handed over to ANP, Sindh to Zardari, Baluchistan to Bugttis and unstable Punjab to Sharif family and all four states will be ruled by the worst dictators known to mankind.

What kind of democracy we have where a party who won 10% votes is ruling the entire nation while the other parties have no representation in govt.

limo replied on Monday, March 30, 2009 08:00 AM

Fascist agenda of making Pakistan a desolate region like Iraq and Afghanistan has been put on fast track. We have never been so vulnerable as we are today with the gif of "democracy" in place.I have never seen such daring adventurism during army rule. Our government and so called patriotic politicians are a complete failure. They have been struggling for their personal goals only from the last one year and are after undermining each other.Where is CJ, Nawaz, Qazi, Imran - lets have another long march to pressurise the government to reject the currently announced US aid and immediately chalk out a clear cut policy that should be reflective of the aspirations of the people of Pakistan.I am optimistic though earlier it was mainly punjab but this time whole county will massively participate.

Aamir replied on Monday, March 30, 2009 08:11 AM

Democracy is all set to take its revenge.

Ahsan replied on Monday, March 30, 2009 09:30 AM

All said & done, let us analyse one aspect. Is it not foolish to telecast the happening live? It may facilitate the members of the gang sitting outside to provide guidelines & instructions to those inside? In India,I think they banned such live coverages on TV after the Mombai ordeal.

Dear brothers and sisters

Assalam alaikum

India’s Continued Thirst for Pakistani Blood
On January 25th this year, Pakistan’s High Commissioner to India Shahid Malik received a death threat from a previously unheard of Indian extremist group, threatening to bomb:

Pakistan’s Parliament
Pakistani High Commission in Delhi
Major Pakistani cities
Other targets
The threat, made by a previously unknown group ‘All India Anti-Terrorism Group’ (AIATG), prompted a strong reaction by Islamabad, which lodged a protest with New Delhi and asked for better security for the envoy.

The three-page threatening letter delivered by surface mail at Pakistan’s high commission asked the high commissioner to leave Delhi in three days or else face dire consequences.

“We don’t need to make any kind of relation and also no place for any Pakistani in our country (sic),” a person claiming to be the chief of AIATG wrote in the letter, further warning that if the threat is taken lightly “it is 200% sure” he would be killed. Additionally, the letter threatened bombing of the parliament in Islamabad, high commission in Delhi and other places in Pakistan. For this purpose, the letter said, the sub-groups of AIATG namely Students of Hinduism Movement in India and Pakistan, Students Against Terrorism, and Pride of India were already active. The letter gave 11 reasons for forming the anti-Pakistan group and said: “you can understand we have many reasons to take lethal steps towards you and your country, so tell your government that we are mad, zealot and thirsty of Pakistani blood (sic).”

The AIATG is widely believed to be a front for the Indian ‘Research & Analysis Wing’, which has a history of involvement in terrorist activities inside Pakistan.

Sudan Paying the Price for Courage and Honor
Leaders of the Zionist Empire do not want anybody to help the Palestinian people in resisting the Israeli wars of aggression against them. The Zionist-controlled prosecutor of the ICC has issued a warrant to arrest the Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir who was the only leader in the world to dare to allow an attempt to send weapons to Gaza. If anyone of the world leaders dares to attempt to do so, he would be indicted as a war criminal while the Israeli war criminals are free to terrorize Palestinians, Arabs, and Muslims around the world.

Obama: Pakistan Is Now Part Of Our War
Time for Pakistanis to Wake up

Mr. Obama said that in nearly eight years since the September 11 attacks, al-Qaeda and it allies had moved to havens in the mountainous Pakistani side of the Afghan border, almost certainly including, he said, Osama bin Laden and his deputy Ayman al-Zawahiri. He called it “the most dangerous place in the world”.

Federal Reserves Interest Rates Will Fuel Inflation
As humanity cries in distraint, Savage Jewish Federal Reserve's Interest-based Looting mechanism further fuels inflation:

President Barack Obama filled out his March Madness bracket and, the Federal Reserve has decided to effectively print 1.2 TRILLION dollars… The Fed’s latest move, combined with all the fiscal stimulus bailouts and previous Fed moves, all point to one thing: a dramatically increased money supply, which means "SAY HELLO TO MORE INFLATION". Thank you Federal Reserve!!

recently again media is campaigning against ISI and Pak Army!
Again such news were not replied by the ruling politicians and neither by politicians in opposition, neither by Imran Khan and neither by Jamat Islami.
Only person who came forward to issue a reply was P.Musharraf!
What is going on in the minds of our politicians?
Are they going to divide military while they divide Pakistan?
Where is the CJ? Is he going to neutralize all the legislation made by previous govt. as he rejected his own ouster!
Why did we had long march? The executive order has not been issued yet! Neither did the participants of long march are demanding the same order for which they staged long march! CJ is restored without any legalization!

Pakistan’s society is hijacked by a minority selfish activists in the name of democrazy, freedom and rule of law!

Again, Zardari and GOVT bashing have been started without any facts and figures. It is very easy to blame others. We are our own enemy and we don’t need others.
Honestly we do have an ideology problem with non-sense FATA mullahs. They want to hijack our society and culture.

This is every single Pakistani's moral duty to make sure your nephews, sons, cousins and brothers etc are not vulnerable in the hands of these fanatic mullahs. They are using religion as a weapon; poor young and innocent people are their easy target. We have to eliminate this cancer with a big courage and spirit. Lets defeat them.

Please please do not involve religion here.
Long live Pakistan

Dear Hamid, you must understand that PPP and its members are not very popular in Pakistan.
Bashing with or without facts reflects the sentiments of people.
Zardari is in power because he forced Nawaz Sharif to cheat the ARD.
If N. Sharif had not fall into the trap of Zardari following his lust for power, today PPP may have zero seats in parliament.
All what we are facing today are the foolies of N. Sharif.
Even today N. Sharif can oust Zardari govt. if he make alliance with PML-Quaid, smaller parties will fall in lap automatically.
PPP have smart team but N. Sharif have dump team.
PPP are traitiors and PML-N is corrupt.
