to Mr Sscon, i live their and has seen lots of acres, i have not seen any acre where somebody is asking 3 crores per acres, average price is in the range of 45 to 65 lacs maximum.if you are interetsted in then i can visit the site. calculate the price of land +construction value+utilities value =can give you an offer.
