Aslama Alikum Dear Brothers,
I need the advice from the brothers, i have been living in Sudiarab for the last 5 years, I want to construct my home in lahroe, my budget for buying the plot is 70 Lakhs, Can you give me an advise in which area to buy and what are the good areas to live considering the security and other aspects.

Kamil sahib you have handsome budget, you should not compromise on security and amenities. If you want to live near thokar or Canal you may go for DHA EME Sector. Otherwise you can buy one in any DHA regular sector.
There are obviously many other options like Eden Canal Villas, Eden Airport road. Canal View (near thokar) is also a good gated community.
First of all choose the area where you want to reside. Housing Scheme/Society selection is the second step.

Personally, I would not build a house in a smaller housing society unless you are sure it will merge with DHA or Bahria. Realistic options are DHA, EME, Izmir or Bahria Town. Please do personally visit before purchasing a plot even in DHA. |

I amm 100% agree with Mr Assad, best choice is "EDEN CANAL VILLAS" and 2nd is "EME". It is better to visit the area properly both socities are in same area . Rate is 60 to 65 laks in EME and 35 to 50 in Eden canal villas . Ay way try to take more information from property dealer about the rate.I have visited both socites many time.

State life phase 1 and SUI gas phase 1 are also not bad societies. near to DHA phase 5 and once ring road is made, theri approach will become very good |

I have heard of SUI GAS is it a gated comunity as my old parents will be living there, also what is the plot cost and access to society, i have never seen this society though.
