Why the price of files are going up, when no positive move is foreseen in Property business from DHA . Any particular reason?? such as tax impact on property.?? Comments of property experts required.

Its only hype nothing else!! why to buy DHA file 9/10 file, when u can get a plot at forminaties from 14.30 to 19. while you know they will be linked with DHA 9/10 when the development will be started.. like sui gas & air avenue.

Old Habits die hard; this is despite the fact that these speculators (Sattay Baz is the appropriate word in Punjabi) have fatally hurt themselves because of their own stupidities, but still they are hell bent to wreak more havoc in the real estate business or whatever left of it.... play safe and better park your money somewhere else!!!

As far as the merger of third rated schemes into big and more authentic ones is concerned, the history speaks for itself. The good old Bhekewal in Allama Iqbal Town & Kora Pind, Charar, Barki, Bagrian and lots of old villages of the sort in Defence have and will never be able to integrate themselves in the main frame towns around them. So the bottome line is that the Defence will always remain Defence, while places like Formanites, State Life or Sui Gas for that matter will give the people real run for their money!!!

Sui Gas is already inside DHA, so far State Life & Formanities concern, you need to look at the location, they are even not closed to any DHA announced location, other then that all societies who came inside DHA, have been acquire by DHA, should i post the list? Park view, air avenue, sui gas....Even i heard about a deal in Eden and DHA.. & just for your information, Formanities is not a village.. yes the road infront isn't that good, but DHA will since they need a good reach to DHA 9/10. (Apart from my interest, i am not a property dealer, who try to mis guide people just to get some profit, nor i own any plot in formanities, even i am not interested in buying in formanities, since i am looking for the house at the moment)
