As now we have free and speedy justice available in our country Alhamdulilah, we can make an association against all the Housing societies that have stolen money from its members and ordinary people.

Please send your suggestions on this forum and names and contacts of the effectees so that we can jointly face Bahriah Town and other similar housing societies

Take bahria town to Choudary court he will do justice with in one day . He have very short time that's why he will take decision in a day But keep in mind if malik riyaz will send luxury car to CJ then you will loos every thing .

I think CJ is not like AQ Khan, who admitted publically that he did mistakes. Pervez tried his level best to dig out any corruption charge against him, but he failed. Please remember CJ got the well wishes and IZZAT from Allah the All Mighty, a normal man became a symbol of change.
You'll see that he'll become the MAHATEER MOHAMMAD of Pakistan INSHA ALLAH

AQ Khan admitted pubically because he was told that there is a risk to nuclear weapons, & we all know what does that means. He scarify for this country, yet you are saying something against him.. Really shameful act!!

So far CJ concern, he haven't done anything.. it is PML-N who has given CJ back on the seat otherwise, we used to see a joke, "Qarz muqal bandh jaab jak CJ Bahal nahin hota".. The time for CJ is not, let see what he does... do he send Musharaf for impeachment?
Will he nullify NRO?
Will he take notice on price hike (thanks Allah he did, i was v happy when i saw a news that CJ toke notice on the price hike on oil and gas, i think he should also look at cooking oil price hike)

I am not comparing CJ & AQ, but if i really need to than i will say CJ is teh start & AQ is the end (ideal)

@ Shakeel: Decision in one day! How is it practically possible?

I’m more angry with Urban developers, they cheated us on silicon valley and midland.
They did not even finish the development of central park.

We should also drag in Punjab govt. for not completing ring road and we should also drag in central govt. for loosing billions of forex reserves!
We also need to demad for audit in the process of demanding loans from IMF.
There are reports that IMF pay kickbacks to the corrupt countries for taking loans through them at higher markups!
I personally have have just taken a laon from a Swiss bank on markup of 2% for the period of 5 years.

About AQ Khan; he definitely did some good for the country and that is why he is not only spared for his international crimes rather he is offered asylum and protection by the state.

We should never forget that he is and will remain a wanted criminal by international community and UN and no ruler of Pakistan can ever change thas fact/status!

His activities in Dubai were followed by international organizations for long time and that is how his smuggling racket, suppliers (Swiss and Malaysian) and intermediaries (of Indian origin) were uncovered.

Some times the buyer didn’t even know what the source of the origin of technology was.

In short there is more than enough evidence and witnesses (witheld by international community) to convict him.

We should also remember that the blue prints of Pakistan’s nuclear programmed were shown to Pakistan by US and they still reside in US custody and are available for legal and official display, as and when required.

I can bet if his case shall have exposed during PPP or Nawaz league’s rule, he would have been hanged by now. He is a very lucky person to escape conviction; he is declared and smuggler of WMD by UN its subsidiaries and US.

I request all of you to talk rational rather irrational.

Now admitt that this is the quality of Pakistani peoples that instead of gather on one issue of " Bahria Town eefcties" we are indulge with useless discussion on AQ Khan & CJ.

For God sack, do something & unite on one plateform for recover our hard earn money from Riaz malik.

plz writers, lets focus on the issues seriously,some agents hijack the core issue--if you people are interested ,most of us in overseas have suffered alot in hands of Bahria and DHA eg file holders of phase 6 ext-have given worse places --far away from phase 6--which are not at all extension,and phase 2 ext DHA islamabad had all the development charges and still not given the amp what to speak of development like these
get some law counsil and honest group with some credibility ;join hands we can corner some--maliks and some generals

After so much blood shed in the middle east WORLD is still waiting to see any evidence of WMD and as per your statement what ever US subsidies and UN inspectors say is the final verdict. Please stop the propaganda, we had enough of it.
