I am an overseas Pakistani living in UAE. For the last 14 years i have spent here, now i would like to come back and settle in Lahore. Can CMY and others guide me to which place to buy a 1 kanal plot in the budget of 68 to 71 Lakhs, for constructing a home.

Rent the house and put the 50 lack in the National Saving Bank, thats safest thing in the Pakistan and enjoy the life. |

Arif bhai DHA 6 A B H J G D blocks plot is best choice for you in my opinion. You can start building your house today and it takes about 1 year to build one kanal house. In one year DHA 6 will be in tip top shape. |

If you are not concerned about distance from "old Lahore" try Bahria Town otherwise EME, Izmir or the obvious one DHA. One thing I would say do visit all the societies before buying. Probably best to stay away from smaller societies located adjacent to the canal. |
