This shows how Dealers are playing with other people's money. I wonder property declined in thousands and years but shoot up n millions within a couple of weeks. Stating reason that oooh....Punjab situation is now stable. Yaar....let me arise one question, lowest price was during the same ruling party. It was a matter of going and coming but affected people in millions. On the other hand condition is more bad if we talk more about attacks. Can someone state honestly and clearly what is the reason behind this short-term ups and downs.

If I buy 10 files for my personal benefit why it effects 10 other people in the shape of Loss (paying profit). Saying there was a huge buying today.

Current Price hike in real estate is artificial throughout the Pakistan.
Investors are instigating people to buy plots showing the price increase trend.

Everyone invests money with utmost care and thorough analysis. Rates increase when going is considered positive. Still there are people who always take a negative view of even positive developments. We, as a nation must shed this notion

All Dealers of DHA run DHA plots like Stock Exchange. Playing games with Overseas Pakistanis. If you are a seller then they will behave you with different way. If you are buyer they will tell you the plot you demanded before has been sold and the same time he will give you another plot number. For God's sake don't play such games.

U are shy to mentioned ur name, u may kindly mention the positives developments in recent days in real estate being viewed negatively by Pakistanis.What dynamic development is cause of price increase in recent days whereas rates are down globally? Oil is explored in DHA or Bahria Town?

Aftab sahib you are right about everything but please leave Bahria Town out of this, No rates rose during the last week in Bahria Town like in DHA Lahore. Rates in Bahria have been rising slowly and surly since the past 3 years. You can confirm from dealers. Its only the DHA dealers who are used to eating Haram.

Finally something Us Pakistani have always lacked, Demanding our rights and justice even in this forum if we can come and say that this is wrong it means a lot.

CMY saab I still appreciate the work you are doing like many more overseas Pakistani but please start stating proper prices and the one that are inflate by U or other dealers. Sir if you can not please do not mislead sellers by telling them they can get a lot more for their plots and creating a false shortage in the market. I know sellers who have been advised by dealers not to sell their land at a certain price and when buyers inqure they say their are no sellers at that value.

No one is against dealers earning but please dont rip ppl off .

All the overseas Pakistanies are requested not to mislead from the current hike in prices. All the dealers are playing this game again . the fact is there is no future of real estate in Pakistan . we have seen what happened to real estate in usa in uk and in dxb . Pakistan real estate will face worest situation then dxb uk and usa . soon these are all fake, atrifical prices

So it looks like all CMY really cares about is making a few bucks and not of the heard earned money of the visitors of this site. I mean obviously he would have known about the scam because he is sitting in the Heart of the DHA property market and is in touch with practically every part of DHA. I think CMY should change his Neeyat because it took him many years to build this reputation and he is destroying it for a few thousand on Commission or maybe for some cream on top.

We should not think about changing our selves or our principles because we have responsibilities. We should learn to Sacrifice. Even if we get Dal to eat we must not dirty our Neeyat.
