Could you please give some information about the construction rate including everything? Someone told me that the rate including everything can be from 1100 to 1300 SQF. Please give some more information fi you can. Thnaks for help

Just a piece of advise to everyone who want to build house..
Try your best, not to give the construction "with material" to any contractor. You will be AT BIG LOSS no matter what and no matter how much you review the contract!
Just give them the labour rate per square ft and dealing in material yourself should not be a big deal. But you will need to have a very trustable person as "chawkidar" on the site.

Cost per sqf, is approx Rs. depend upon material selection. But I have no idea of construction labour only. If you come to know, please write down. |

Dear Friend!
I think in Lahore it should be around Rs.160 per sq.ft. However you have to be careful while negotiating with the contractor. The contractors tend to keep some hidden tricks while enlisting the services that they will provide within that rate. |

It should be per Sqft Including:
- All grey structure
- All sanitary work
- All Electrical work.
- Marble/Tiles on floors and bathrooms.
It does NOT include:
- Interior and exterior Paints.
- Marble polishing
- Artificial cieling
- Any kind of woodwork + polish
- Windows + grills + main gate.
