I want to know the following information regarding the DHA valley, overseas sector plot, allotted recently by DHA.
1: Are those plots are transferable before completion of the payment schedule?
2: If yes then what is the procedure to do that?
3: What are the prevailing rates of 8 Marla and 5 Marla plots?
4: What is the development status of those plots?

1) Yes these DHA Valley files are transferable after 6th installment (before completion of full payment). File can be opened for 2 months to sell it.
2) File is opened by paying open fee and membership fee
3) 5 Marla is available at Rs 28000 to 30000 loss of paid amount 8 Marla is available at Rs 22000 to 24000 loss of paid amount
4)It will take 7 to 10 years to get possession of these plots.
