BASED ON THE NUMBERING OF THE PLOTS, IT IS GUESSED THAT ONE OF THE PLOTS IS LIKELY TO BE CORNER. BUT THIS IS NOT FINAL WORD AND CAN NOT BE PROVED DUE TO NON AVAILABILITY OF MAP.

Please can you provide further details, i.e. how much each of the plots will cost, is the price all inclusive, any further payment needs to be made to DHA, development status, etc.

The plot numbers etc. have been certified by DHA, i.e. 5000 Rs. each paid. The file is in the form of certificate which states that the bearer will be alloted one kanal plot. So there are no transfer charges. As of today, Dha will expect 6 lac charges as installments over and above the current price of this file. Normal file price is 12 all costs inclusive. Due to twin plots my demand is 12.50 lacs.

Map of DHA has yet to be released so the location of T block is not yet determined. Please visit DAH Islamabad website for further details. this place is quite farther from Islamabad, on GT Road. An express way to connect is being constructed. This place is adjoining to Commoners Town where the possession has already been provided and development is completed. DAH 11 Extension developmnet in commoners has already started but you have to wait at least 3 and maximum 4 years for construction of house.

Please visit the website, try to visit the place to see the ongoing development. These plots were sold for 30 to 35 lacs a few years back but the development did not take as promised so the prices fell down.

Does the mentioned price (12.50lac) includes the 6 lacs as you have written in your email. Means, I will pay 25lacs to you for both plots and nothing to DHA, or do I have to pay anthing to DHA as well now or ever in addition to 25 lacs?

Developmemt Charges are besides 25 lacs.

However, 6 lacs developmnet charges are to be paid to DHA directly at a later stage, the earliest after a year from now or may be after one and half year or two years, depends on DHAI. This will be in six or nine quarterly installments by DHAI.

This is a clear deal, certified plots and there are no hidden charges.

Remember Sector R is considered better than Sector T .... so the price will be higher than Sector T and as mentioned by Mr Seller DHAI II Extension ... the price of Sector T plot is 12.50lac ... so Sector R prices will be higher than 12.50lac :)

However, since N block is considered better than Sector R, so the price will be higher in N than in R. And I have a plot in N.

Can anyone please provide latest price for 1 Kanal plot in Commoners Town (CT) in sector B?

Also does anyone know when CT is going to be handed over for construction or when is the map coming out?
