Dear in lahore per sq.ft. labour cost is Rs.180/- including sanitary/gas pipe fitting, electical wiring. in islamabad per sq.ft. labour cost is Rs.225/- including sanitary/gas pipe fitting, electical wiring. if u r getting lower than this u better have a very detailed discussion about what is included and what is not.
as far as turn-key solution is considered it needs to be written down in very much detail...... it very rightly replied by someone that DO NOT go for it. its in ur interest to buy the material ur-self. However, i do personally know two very reliable and TRUSTWORTHY contractors in lahore with whom i will deal if i ever want to get the job done on turn-key basis. anyhow, rate depends on type of material to be used ranging from Rs.1100 per sq.ft.
if anyone like to get a TRUSTWORTHY contractor i am willing to give the contact number.... my email is
NOTE: i am not a contractor :) and currently i do not live in lahore either."
