With reference to post 42660
House Designs / Plans
It is requested to Mr. CMY to add modern & Nice Pakistani style house plans and designs. Surely it will help many. Coz searching for the same in Google or other search engines, just western designs can be seen which do not suit Pakistani environment.

In fact this is a very good suggestion. If some architects are engaged to post their designs for sale it will help many people.
If they place their designs free of cost , JAZA ALLAH LAHUM KHAIR.

Both houses are one kanal. First one still available and second one is sold.

You have uploaded constructed houses for sale whereas we have suggested to upload Pakistani style modern architectural floor plans of different standard plot sizes. ( 25*50 , 30*60 , 35*70 ,40*80 , 50*90 etc ) Every body in Pakistan or abroad cannot afford a house built on one or two kanals. Many people build their houses in instalments.Let them first buy a nice floor plan and then step by step build their house. Isn't a nice idea ?

Zulfiqar sahib I am not the right person for this task. I dont know any person that does these drawings. I am more than happy to upload and host these drawings but someone else must provide me these drawings and designs for uploading. |

Thanks for your e-mail, i will be doing the drawings for the people interested for the charges that i have mentioned in my previous e-mail which will be good enough to be giving to the designer for designing of the house.
I am offering my service for this type of requirememnts by our friends. They can e-mail me their request on my e-mail address and then i will communicate with them on their personal e-mail address and send them their floor plans keeping in mind the best utilization of the space and privacy of the house.

If you have some artichect friends it is good news. You have seen all this topic on commercial basis. The idea behind this approach is that a common man can have a good looking perspective of his house in a normal fee. Please post some front elevations of different plot sizes of single and double storey houses with price. Let people choose the design of their choice and then after reciept of required amount send them the complete drawings.
