A 272sq yard (35x70) plot file in sector E16. The ballot is due very soon according to Cabinet Office.
My demand is Rs.850,000/- excluding development charges. 2 installments for the dev. charges (Rs.100,000/-) are already paid.
Urgent sale as I want to convert this to a 500 yard plot before the ballot. Exchange also possible.

3 installments are to be paid yet a total of Rs.150,000/- all 3 installments will have to be paid for the file to be included in the ballot. |

How an we know that plot is in E-16 OR E-17 as u are saying ballot is yet to be held? Kindly clarify |

There are separate files for E16 and E17. So separate ballots will be held for both. |
