Dear Mr. Zulfiqar and CMY,
As advised by Mr Zulfiqar to post some of the prospective view of the houses and then if some one likes he can pay the charges and take the floor plans. I think that this will not be fair as if some one has paid for something he should get the full service. Hence i have the following proposal.
1. The interested party can send me the e-mail of their interest
2. I will send them a form to get their idealogy to of their dream home and other details.
3. We will agree on a fee for the job and the client shall pay the fee first.
4. We will prepare the prospective and floor plans with minimum 2 options and send them for their review and modificaiton if required.
5. If no comments are their the job is completed.
Please note that the fee will cover only 1 revision as two option will be provided to them on the first time.
Your inputs are needed as this is a brain storming session and what to make sure that this should be fair for all.
