I request all afftees of Pharia town at least to lodage a complient to Cm shabaz Sharif who has been cheated by the BT adminstrations specially C sector. Also request Cm sahib to Fix A date of handing over of plot. Also technical justification of development cahrges, change of plot loaction , awami villas etc. If every one send at least one complaient soon hundreds of complaints will be there and may be Cm sahib could take some action

What are we talking about. You must come out with your compleint first. Post that copy and then we can follow. Be specific.What eaxctly hashappened.I visited Bahria Town/LHR the other day. Houses are cpoming like spring flowers in all including 'c' sector.

All affectees of Bahria should get together and file a class action lawsuit against BT in the court of Chief Justice of Supreme Court Mr Iftikhar Chaudhary.

Hi Mr Khan

As you have visited recently to Bahria Town, do you know how many houses are under construction is Sector C and if all facilities are available to live Construct and live in Sector C.

I did'nt visit with that in mind. I can say that for 'b' and 'a' all that youcan ask for is available. The sector are quiet and very plesant even in the night time. In sector'a' houses are coming up. The medical coolege is an icon, so is the coming up(under construction) mosque. Some houses are also under construction. So I do not know what is your threshhold of facilities available to live. If you ask if I were tomake a decision.To biult yes. It would take almost a year to complete the housee to make it liveable. By that time yes sur livable if you are not just a couple where you leave your housw wife by herself and you comne back in the evening.The over all feeling to me of 'a' and 'b' were very positive. Goodsecurit6y/cleanliness/plantation/ and the over all culture. So if that can be made a basis of future projection, I feel 'c' (which incidently has a better qualitative impact in respect of development) should have a plus over 'b'.

my dear khan i am talking about following
1. at least 40 percent of plots in map area is not on ground.
2.all installments for sector C has been paid but no date for possion of plots.
3, drastic changes in original plots on site.
4. Pockets in land acquired for BT sector C.
5, many plots have been shifted to raiwind road.
6.additional development charges.
7.Still no sign of possion of plots.
8 Extra money for posseion. construction allowed etc as comapired to LDA.
9.Overseas sector b c d e f no one knows where it will be constructed.
10. Where are awami villa? all installments paid.
hope u understand what i am talking about.
regarding myself i have launched complaient. i need my plot.
its just an offer if no one wants to complaien i am nor begging nor requesting.
khan sahib are you agent of BT why u so much stressing to invest there. I do see some motives in your mail. May be you wish more persons invest there and wait for years to get there plot. MAy be some commission from BT might be offered to you.

The medical college is in Sector C and the facilities that are available contain from a Tandoor to a furniture showroom. I do admit that BT have a lot of flaws but what society doesn't. There over 2 dozen houses under construction in Bahria Town Sector C + its rates are rising continuously.

Thanks for your information. Around 2 dozen houses under construction is a good number. Any idea how much would be the price of 1 kanal plot to build a house in developed sector like Jasmine or Gulbahar.
