My budget is 55 TO 60 lac maximum.
can it possible to but an small house in islamabad.
friends from islamabad/Rawalpindiare plaese adviced about best location and current value.

It's possible, but not in Zone I. Better to buy a plot Zone II in G-15 Jammu Kashmir Housing, for your budget ideal plot would be of 30x60 size. In G-15, 30x60 (8 Marla) plot cost in range of 23-30 depends on the location and 30 Lacs would be enough to built a house of this size. For more info. contact and we will guide your in best way.

zone 2 is the best option for house. in zone 1 only 20x40 plot in g-13 and then build house is possible in this range. or g-14 25x50

Prefer a large size Plot and Construct a simple Single story house. Within your range my recommendations are as:-
Zone-I:- 25*50 OR 30*60 G-14/4, 25*40 or 25*50 D-12 (D-12 Possession in few months)
Zone-II:-30*60 or 40*80 G-15, 30*70 or 40*80 or 50*90 in D-17
Zone-V:-Comners Town Extension Now DHA-II (Ext)35*60 or 50*90 I strongly recommend u for this,Bahria Town Phase-III 250 or 500 Yards, Jinnah Garden or CBR Town 30*60 or 40 *80. Naval Anchorage 50*90.

Bahria III is cheapest sector as compare to I,II,IV,V,VI. In Phase III 500 Yards plot is about 35 lekh.

D-12 or G-14/4 are out of question, not ideal for living now. It's just good for future investment....If you wanna construct house near Islamabad soon as possible then only G-13 and G-15 would be ideal ones.
