Plots in Bahria town

Thanks for your information about Bahria Town and sector C. Around 2 dozen houses under construction is a good number.
Any idea how much would be the price of 1 kanal plot to build a house in developed sector like Jasmine or Gulbahar.

35-45 is wrong price. 1 kanal in Jasmine or Gulbahar sells for only 22 to 26 lac. rfgfesdgers give your contact no I want to sell you 1 kanal for only 26 lac. |

Thank you for you information. There is a lot of difference between both prices 35-45 and 22-26. Please provide market price of 1 lkanal plot to build house in developed sector e.g Jasmine or Gulbahar blocks. Please also mention if this price is including or excluding development charges. |

Shan bhai believe me I have no interest in these plots I am just providing info. Those days are over when plots here sold for 22-26 now both of these blocks are fully developed with all facilities available, the medical college is fully functional, that is the main reason for the rates to go up also there are a lot of houses being made there. All the parkas of the commercal area are fully made in Sector C. Please call any BT dealer and he will quote you plots and there prices according to me the minimum price of the worst location kanal plot in these 2 blocks will cost 32 lac all dues clear. |
