This is done all over Europe, USA and Canada. I dont know why it is a confusion for our country.

In Europe, the difference between daylight in summer to winter is about 4-6 hours.
At places like in Scandanavia countires.
winter daylight begins at 09:30hrs. and ends at 06:30hrs.
Summer daylight begins at 03:30hrs. and ends at 21:30hrs.
Most of Pakistanis are living in Spain or suthern italy so this is why it is little know to Pakistanis.
Basically Pakistan don't need to go through this hassel.
I do not know of any country which is as closer to tropic of cancer as Pakistan and changing clocks with Europe.
BTW, we are late clocks have been changed already in Europe since 31st March.

This is basically not compatible with islamic countries where Namaz Times cannot move. What we are going to see is many qaza namaaz in first few weeks.
Also times is usually changed on weekdend to give people some time to adjustment. We are changing on Wednesday.

Come to think of it, we should move our clocks by two hours (and not one hour), this will make all sarkary officer to come to office on time.

Everyone on April 15 move the clocks ahead one hour. A donkey can figure that out !!

There is no such thing as "new time" or "old time" There is ONLY time and the time after April 15 will be "the time" PERIOD Cut the bull crap
