Can some body inform me how to transfer the funds from pakistan to Canada (from pak rupee account to canadian dollar account)for some personal need. Is there any restriction from banks or centrl bank.

Cost of building material is balloning because of devaluation of Pak ruppes.
Cost of labor is decreasing due to lack of jobs.

Sir, you can get houses in the prices you mentioned in Pakistan easily except in big cities like Lahore,Karachi etc but can also get something about 20 to 30 miles from the big cities .In other countries of the world prices of realestate is always high .Pakistan realestate is still less compared to India, Bangladesh,Nepal etc.

Yes you can legally transfer PKR from Pakistan to Canada in canadian dollars for personal purposes. Only if over 50000 $, you need to have prior approval from Central bank.

Mr. Zaka has asked for an answer in relation to transfer of money from Pakistan to Canada. I fail to understand why the self proclaimed property experts have started a lecture on property issues. I don't understand why people fail to answer a straight forward question. It’s really a great pity and waste of space on this website. Kindly read carefully what is being asked. I am sure nobody will be awarded a doctorate for writing a thesis on this forum. Thanks.

Zaka u can transfer 200K Pakistani ruppes at a time.

You have to pay 2 ruppes on coverstion per dollar and approx 7k as transaction charge. per 200 K.

you have to tranfer this money to a back a/c in canada and than bank in canada will charge u $25 per transfer.

By the way how much ur transfering here.

check with local guy.. buy i did got a tranfer here in Toronto from islamabad and it costed me 15k ruppes for each 200k.

you must transfer from any pakistani bank to your account in canada. at the time of purchase a property bank will ask where you get this money then you can show i sell something in my back country or your father gift this money.Visit here <a href="https://jalegal.com.pk/" > corporate Law firms in Karachi </a>
