Heavy taxes are being imposed on real estate property in the coming budget, as ppl in CBR think that only rich invester are holding the realestate property there by blocking a huge money in the country and is lying for pofit earning w/o being taxed.Middle class ppl buy a plot and immediately under takes construction for his own house which is being taxed, but plots purchased by investers are not being taxed there by a huge loss to CBR.

YOU Property dealers, you ppl have sucked enough blood of the nation n ppl of this country . you are the biggest culprits in taking the real estate prices so high with all the big lies you speak because high prices will get you high commission both from buyer and seller.Now it is your turn to suffer.... HUM DEKHEN GAEN ( WE WILL WATCH)

you are completely wrong, it wont effect much (other then lossing some customers) to real estate people. The people who will really suffer will be the people who are trying to buy a house for them selfs. For a middle class person like me, it would become impossible to buy a house, and personal house will become a luxery.

Poverty level will increase & middle class people will be pushed towards lower class, and some of the rich class will be pushed toward middle class. Others will be F*****n government personal who continue to s**k the blood of the people of pakistan :@, i guess government want to push this country towards civil war, or say we don't have guts to stand against stupid zardari's policies, which lead pakistan towards crash.. now they say we have improved trade deficient, but on what cost? all industry is been destroyed, include taxtile which was main power of pakistan. & how they did it? increase the Taxes. I don't know where all taxes are going?

Ultimately its the end users and poor who suffer due to lack of jobs created by businesses and industry. History tells us these increases in taxes have never helped the Pakistani poor. It only hurts the economy and the tax money is spent on the luxuries of govt and corruption, not for the betterment of country. All the taxes are indirectly passed on to the country's poor and the tax collections are lost in corruption.

Dear waqar, in ur opinion, Who should take over from Zardari?
Every one in Pakistan is out to get a better price tag!
If thez can-t buz u they will kill you.
remember, Z.A.Bhutto, Zia, BB, and even Musharraf was attacked on few occasions.
Problem is in our sytem of election and governance.
Pakistan should try out two party system.
