Dear CMY,
Your website describes two types of buying a property.
1) Plot
2) Allocation file
Forgive my ignorance, can you please tell me in detail what does it mean by buying an Allocation file and what happens afterward. As I am interested in buying a piece of land in DHA 9, so need this clarification please. Also can you please guide me to the way of buying land in DHA 9 thorugh LRE?

Bhai Haroon, you should contact a Najoomi , not CMY for this question.
Free advice; visit the place and see the ongoing development work, the investment that DHAI have made on purchase of machinery to develop this area on modern lines, and then judge for yourself. |

ZA Rana sahib in DHA Lahore property market when we use word FILE it means plot number is not assigned yet and no development charges have been announced yet and not included in prices.
When we use word plot in DHA Lahore property market it means plot number is available and plots location is also known and all development charges are included in prices given to you.
When a agree land owner gives his 4 kanal land to DHA free of charge and also promise to pay DHA all development charges DHA issue him an allocation letter promising him when a ballot will be held the allocation letter owner is guaranteed to have plot in that ballot in the said phase.
Lahore Real Estate is a "DHA Lahore" Registered / Authorized property dealer.
To buy or sell through Lahore Real Estate you should email us at LRE786@Gmail or call us at 03224009967 . You will be given current rate and if you agree to price of file or plot you will be asked to deposit RS 50000 to 100000 as token money so it can be given to seller to lock the deal. Lahore Real Estate will give you receipt for this money and will be responsible for this money. After deal is locked you will be given sellers name and you will come to DHA office next day or day after with bank pay order. After the file transfer is competed inside DHA head office at last step you will be asked by DHA to hand over bank pay order to seller. Your transfer will be completed in less than 30 minutes.
