Adnan bhai R S T U and part of Q will be ready for house before Dec 31 2009. My market research is telling me some plots in R Q ( Near Berki road plots) will be relocated near possession time due to litigation issues in Q and grave yard in R. My research is also telling me MOST of Z block plots and Some of Y block plots along with all10 marla plots in DHA 7 will be relocated and there is a strong possibility of all these plots will be relocated under T and U blocks in currently under development areas. This is a great news of all holders for these lowest priced plots. You cant get worst location after this relocation in my opinion. X W V and part of Y development should start any time during next 3 to 6 months. R block could have possession in June 2009 with E block.
Please please please don't buy or sell any thing base don my info here. You must verify many things from your own sources to make all buy sell decisions.
There are 5 houses under construction in DHA 6 J block, 2 in H block, one in C block ,one in D block, 8 in A block. Dozens of new houses constructions are expected to start in A B H J and C plus G blocks in next 3 to 6 months time.
