Progress in Phase 7 and NFC 2,

A few days back I visited phase 6,7 of DHA Lahore and NFC 2
I was lucky to go by my motor cycle and could see most of areas,
In DHA phase 6 most of Blocks are already developed , In under construction blocks work is going on very fast, There is only small construction activity on the area of Main Bluvard of Phase 6.
In phase 7 the best developed Block at present is Q Block you can see hundreds of Elctric transformers with green boxes around commercial areas though Roads are not carpeted but are almost complete.
The Main Bluvard of 7 is also leveled and mostly complete but 750 yard Piece which will connect it to Barki Road is still not Completed, Contractors Told me that this area is still to be Taken in Possession of DHA, there were repoted disputes of Possession as well but DHA is slowly resolving that.
P Block is also at Good pace and S Block is also showing very good Pace of development.
There are certainly some on ground problems of land Take over that might delay hand over 1,2 years which is expected in Dec 2009,

NFC 2 Progress is also going very fast they are making 150 Feet Main Bluv and One water Tank in first instance. Still they did not make the bridge but work on main Road is very fast
