I have been getting regular feedback on the realestate for the last couple of month. I have a 10 marla corner plot in AWT Phase 2 in Lahore. Couple of months back the the price was less than 7 lacs and no property dealer was interested in the scheme inspite of the fact that it is a genuine, on land and fraud free housing scheme controlled by Army Welfare Trust.
Now Alhamdulilah, property dealers have started contacting me for the sale of plot. Now the value of the plot is more than Rs. 850,000/= per 10 marlas.
I hope the other housing schemes are also showing progress Insha Allah.
This is my personal observation, all participating in the discussion are welcome to share their ideas

It is because of development in Bahria town Orchards.
People lik eto live in around Bahria because it is cheaper than Bahria and they can send their children to school in Bahria and can have a nice outing in evening. |
