Is 1.4 million for normall plot or corner/facing park etc.?
Does property dealers charge commission on top of this?

theres medical cooperative society ,contigous with bahria town sector C,u can c it on the map on LRE website aswell.do u have any idea of price n development n fate of this scheme plz

I have seller who is asking final price 1.65 million for Gulbahar-431.
Is it Ok to buy this plot for this amount?
I see on map that there is a cemetry! is it part of Bahria?
I also see a village very near! is it a problem?
