FUTURE OF E-12 Islamabad
Hello all readers :- Mr.Raja Atiq and Nadeem Mian particullarly : I own a 35*70 plot in E-12/3 what is the future of this may i keep this plot or not.
What are the chances for start of development work??

future is not good because there is no any development,if development will startes today than it will takes around 10 years ,it is around 15 year long project.

Illegal occupants are still constructing houses in this sector,near about sixty thousands people are living here and this is not a easy task for CDA to vacate land. I dont think allottees can get possession in 5 years time.

If u are not in hurry to construct ur dream house & can wait about 5 years then keep the plot,land acquisition issue is critical but expected to be solved in near future, residents of E-12 has surrendered 2500 Kanal land to CDA. I have read the comments of respectable members in past on this forum few years back that D-12 would take 15 years in development. Now u can see despite the inordinate delay the development work in D-12 is near completion.
At present u can purchase a 25*40 plot in G-13 or D-12 in the price of 35*70 in E-12 ,in opinion it would is not wise decision. Inshallah one day Price of 35*70 E-12 will be more than 35*70 of E-11 and G-13 and equal to 35*70 D-12 and u will be able to purchase a 500 yards plot in DHA-II proper or Bahria I to VI after selling plot in E-12.

E-12 is 10 year program or more. Don't invest where you don't see four corner.

I am not going to invest in E-12; my post is about to keep already purchased plot or not; Only Mian-G has submitted reply according to my question. Readers kindly guide me its better to keep it or its alternate options.

Dear Hammad
For sure you are having a right investment in hand and if you can keep it, you will enjoy the benefit too. This all depend on your holding power. It is very unfortunate that this sector is taking too long before the start of development and still no one can tell you who much more time it can take further.
Even in this bad situation the price of your raw plot is growing and will keep growing and once there will be a sign of development announced the price of E-12 will shoot rocket high.
I do not know when did you bought this plot and in what rates? But I know this plot can get your money back with good profit if you have the time and patience. |
