I want to sell My Plot in Nespak phase -2 site-1 on canal road. The society is adjacent to Izmir. I want to have a good offer for it according to market.
Plot size is 30x90.
Its under 10 marla category but its 12 marla. Its in D block on boundry wall. On other side of wall there is Lda avenue plots facing the wall. So there is road between wall and lda Avenue. I am attaching the Society map also to have better and fair Idea.
